Our Caregivers

Meet the Rosette Team

At Rosette, everything begins with the caregivers who are present in the home each day.

Our philosophy, training, and resources are deliberately concentrated on the people providing direct, hands-on care—not on layers of administration or institutional infrastructure.

This intentional investment allows caregivers to be fully present, deeply attentive, and consistent, creating an environment of calm, dignity, and trust. For residents, it means life unfolds naturally in a familiar household. For families, it means confidence that care is delivered with precision, discretion, and genuine human connection.
